Tyre Measurements (Light Truck & Taxi tyres) LT 245 / 75 R 15 C LT - Light Truck designation 245 - Section width in millimeter 75 - Aspect Ratio R - Radial Construction 15 - Rim Diameter in inches C - Commercial tyre indicator Passenger Tyres may not be fitted to a Taxi or Light commercial vehicle. Commercial tyres are specifically designed to carry load and can be pressurized to higher permitted inflation levels than passenger tyres. Reference notes on the sidewall of your tyres.
Tyre Measurements (Old inch format) LT 31X10.5R15 31 inches is the overall nominal diameter of the tyre. 10,5 inches is the tread width R means radial construction and 15 inches the rim diameter. This is still the old method before aspect ratios appeared.
